WHERE IMAGINATION TAKES SHAPE
Program Details
Our ceramics studio provides a creative space for children to develop their own abilities to create unique pieces. Our goal is to expose kids to clay in a variety of ways. They will learn different approaches to ceramics and experience a wide range of body clay types, shaping tools, and glazing techniques.
This is a project-based camp; during the week, each child will be introduced to a project and independently guided to create his/her own pieces of art based on their unique creative process and according to their sensory skills.
📌 For kids ages 5 to 10

I was born in Argentina and moved to LA several years ago. I am the lucky mother of two girls and have been working with ceramics since 2005. I have studied ceramics and other art forms at Santa Monica College, as well as at several studios in Los Angeles and Buenos Aires, Argentina. I hold a degree in child and adolescent development from CSUN and am a former teacher, having taught developmental kindergarten and second grade at Willows Community School. Art and kids are two of my favorite things to play with in this world.
